Happy Monday to you!
Here is our planned menu for the next two weeks.
Monday - Spinach and Cheese Ravioli with marinara sauce, garlic bread and salad
Tuesday - Grilled Chicken and Veggie Kabobs with rice
Wednesday - Mini Meatloaves, mashed potatoes, and corn
Thursday - Homeade Macaroni and Cheese with a side salad
Friday - The BEST veggie quesadillas with BBQ mustard dipping sauce
Saturday - Out
Sunday - Chicken, chili, cheese casserole
Monday - Mom's Crockpot pork chops with white rice and roasted veggies
Tuesday - Bobby's Goulash (as in Bobby Deen, Paula Deen's son)
Wednesday - Chinese Chicken Salad
Thursday - Pioneer Womans BBQ meatballs with mashed potatoes and a side veggie
Friday - Out
Saturday - Creamy Chicken enchiladas
Sunday - Turkey hot dish
Whew! That is a tall order but this menu will provide us with hearty meals and a lot of left overs. Most of these are family favorites.
