Today is the first day of fall!

I am sure you know that it is fall today but I had to announce because it is my most favorite season all year.  The crisp weather, the cozy sweaters and scarves, steamy pots of yummy soup, sweet and spicy smells coming from the oven and the start of many family traditions continued until the end of the year.  Oh yea, I am in heaven.

I hope to be able to post lots of fall traditions and activities that we do as well as some of my favorite fall foods (that I can't eat but my family can enjoy. Click here if you are curious.)

I was gifted a new macro lens for my camera for my birthday and I can't wait to share with you the shots that beauty takes!  It is so much fun to play with.

The trees are already changing around here and the weather is cooling at night a bit and I am loving it.
