I cannot take credit for it, either, because I got that recipe from my mom. And she got it from someone, and that someone probably got it from someone, and that's how it goes with recipes.
So it is perfectly okey dokey with me if you credit Susie with it. I like thinking about my friends and family who gave me a recipe when I eat that meal, and I love how communal and cozy food is. And it will be nice if you think of Susie when you eat that pot roast. :)

I've noticed that my blog has turned into a cookbook for me because it's faster finding recipes there all in one place than hunting them down in my messy recipe box or in cookbooks. :)
