Today went well for Steve. The surgery took about 45 minutes and the 8MM buldge in the disc was removed. He is in pain due to inflamation and the incision but is recovering at the hospital under good care. I am a bit fearful for when he comes home because I hope I can provide the care he needs and that he will not be in very much (or any) pain. We are both glad that the surgery is in the past now and look forward to seeing how recovery goes. Thank you for your prayers and please continue to pray for our family and Steve's healing.
